Errante
Adriana Calcanhotto is one of the great names in Brazil's rich artistic heritage. With around 1.3 million monthly listeners on Spotify, the Porto Alegre-born musician, who made her debut with the album Enguiço in 1990, collects hit after hit: Vambora, Devolva-me, Esquadros or Mentiras are some of the most celebrated songs in a career spanning more than 30 years.
At the end of March 2023, she released her 13th album of originals: Errante. Adriana is the first Brazilian to be signed to the Modern Recordings label, owned by German label BMG International, which has names such as Pat Metheny, Rickie Lee Jones and Daniel Lanois on its roster.
The show, with the same name, premiered in Portugal on a nine-city tour between May and June last year. In Brazil, it premiered in July at the São Pedro Theatre in Porto Alegre (his hometown) and has been on tour ever since.
