Tetraphilla Ensemble (2022)
The Tetraphilla Ensemble brought to the Sala dos Tonéis of the Wine Museum of Alcobaça the programme "Elcano - 5º Centenario da Circum-Navegação da Terra", on a journey through the life of the Basque sailor Juan Sebastián Elcano (1476 - 1526), where music of his time was interpreted through works by J. Anchieta, A. Valente, M. R. Coelho, J. Encina, M. Flecha Viejo, M. Flecha Joven, P. Escobar and J. Ponce, completing the programme with the brand new work "Encontros Improváveis" by João Godinho, which premiered the previous day at the Lisbon Academy of Sciences.
