La Vida Secreta · Frontiers (2021)
Promoted by Clube Alcobacense, under the Garantir Cultura programme, Cistermúsica inaugurated last Sunday, 24 October, a new cycle entitled "Frontiers", which, as the name suggests, proposes artistic crossings and musical dialogues based on works by contemporary composers. The first show took place at Cine-Teatro de Alcobaça - João d'Oliva Monteiro with the presentation of "La Vida Secreta", a pocket opera interpreted by Ensemble Darcos and sung in Spanish by the Spanish soprano Conchi Moyano, portraying the surreal world of the Spanish painter Salvador Dalí through the eyes of his fellow-muse Gala.
